Was erwartet Dich?
- Schadensaufnahme und Aufwandskalkulationen werden von Dir durchgeführt
- Du hast ca. 2-3 Tage Außendiensteinsätze im Raum Hessen
- Projektsteuerung: Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Sanierungsprojekten im Bestand.
- Kosten- & Terminplanung: Erstellung von Bauzeitenplänen, Budgetverantwortung und Kontrolle der Projektkosten.
- Qualitätssicherung: Überwachung der Bauausführung, Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Mängelbeseitigung.
- Du steuerst Nachunternehmern, internen Teams und wickwelst Leistungsverzeichnisse ab
- Du bist Hauptansprechpartner für Bauherren, Architekten und Behörden
- Du führst Bautagebuch und erstellst Projektberichte

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du einen bauhandwerklichen oder technischen Bildungshintergrund und konntest erste Berufserfahrung sammeln (z.B. im Sanitär- / HLSK Bereich, Trockenbau etc.)
- Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Sanierung von Bestandsgebäuden in von Vorteil
- Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveaiu
- Führerschein Klasse B für Baustellenbesuche (zwingend erforderlich)
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen, soziale Kompetenz, Organisationsfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office ist für Dich selbstverständlich
- Lernbereitschaft für neue Fachbereiche und Tätigkeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
