Als CNC Fräser:in sorgst du dafür, dass Präzisionsbauteile zuverlässig und exakt gefertigt werden. Du arbeitest mit modernen CNC Fräsmaschinen, programmierst diese und stellst sicher, dass Qualität und Maßgenauigkeit jederzeit gewährleistet sind. Mit deinem Know-how trägst du maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen und effizienten Fertigungsprozess bei.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du richtest CNC Fräsmaschinen ein und bedienst diese eigenständig
- Du programmierst CNC Maschinen mit Steuerungen wie Heidenhain oder Siemens
- Du fertigst Präzisionsbauteile nach technischen Zeichnungen an
- Du misst und prüfst gefertigte Bauteile mit geeigneten Messmitteln
- Du überwachst den Fertigungsprozess und stellst eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität sicher
- Du wartest und pflegst Maschinen sowie Werkzeuge
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung und der Qualitätssicherung zusammen
- Du fertigst Frästeile auf CNC Maschinen mit Siemens oder Heidenhain Steuerung

- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im CNC Fräsen
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der CNC Programmierung
- Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und umsetzen
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und präzise
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig im Team und übernimmst Verantwortung
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Du hast idealerweise mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
