Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeplanung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Serviceberater (m/w/d) für unsere Geschäftsstelle Wennigsen. Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit mit max. 27 Stunden wöchentlich zu besetzen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bedienen unsere Kund:innen im Servicegeschäft und beraten sie im allgemeinen Zahlungsverkehr sowie zu unseren Standardprodukten
- Sie sprechen Kund:innen aktiv an und leiten Kaufsignale an die zuständigen Privatkundenberater:innen und -betreuende sowie Verbundmitarbeitende (m/w/d) weiter
- Sie führen unsere Kund:innen an die SB-Komponenten heran
