Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen ganzheitlich Bestands- und Neukund:innen
- Sie sichern und bauen den zugeordneten Kund:innenbestand aus
- Sie verkaufen Bank- und Verbundprodukte
- Sie vertreiben Kreditprodukte unter Berücksichtigung von Ertrags- und Risikoaspekten
- Sie erkennen den Bedarf der Kund:innen (Cross-Selling-Ansätze) und verwerten entsprechende Signale
- Sie binden Spezialist:innen und Co-Betreuende ein (z.B. Zahlungsverkehr, Versicherungen oder Vermögensstrukturierungen)
- Sie repräsentieren und vernetzen unsere Bank in der Region

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Praxis in der umfassenden Betreuung von Unternehmen/Kund:innen einer Firmenkund:innenbank, was wünschenswert ist
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Krediterfahrung und gute Kenntnisse in den für Firmenkund:innen relevanten Produkten
- Sie haben eine hohe Vertriebsorientierung und Akquisitionsstärke
- Sie zeigen hohes Engagement, sicheres Auftreten, Freude an der Arbeit im Team sowie Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, eine Ausbildung zum Bank- (Sparkassen-)betriebswirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben ausgeprägte Freude an Innovationen und die Bereitschaft, die Bank auch in der Öffentlichkeit zu repräsentieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
