Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen das Projektmanagement und moderieren Workshops
- Sie entwickeln Testkonzepte und definieren Abnahmekriterien
- Sie planen und koordinieren Testphasen sowie die Fehlernachverfolgung (Defect Management)
- Sie führen User Acceptance Tests (UAT) mit den Fachabteilungen durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Versicherungsumfeld oder ein Studium der Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über ein grundlegendes Verständnis der Prozesse und Abläufe der Lebensversicherung und idealerweise Kenntnisse der End-2-End-Prozesse eines Lebensversicherungsunternehmens
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Bereich der Prozessmanagement-Methodik und -Tools
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte Denkweise, Analysefähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke aus
- Sie haben einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Moderation von Workshops und sind zertifiziert im Bereich Lean/SixSigma/ISTQB/ITIL/BPMN
- Sie beherrschen fließend Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
