Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständig Reparaturen an Leuchten durch und stellst eine schnelle Wiederherstellung der Funktion sicher. Dafür analysierst du die Ursachen für Störungen oder Defekte und sorgst für eine zielgerichtete und kundenorientierte Lösung
- Du stehst in regelmäßigem Austausch mit unserer englischen Muttergesellschaft, koordinierst technische Abstimmungen und sorgst dafür, dass Informationen klar und nachvollziehbar weitergegeben werden
- Du übernimmst interne IT-Aufgaben, wie die Einrichtung und Wartung unserer IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich der Installation und Konfiguration von Telefonanlagen sowie weiterer technischer Systeme

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Elektroniker:in, Informationselektroniker:in, IT-Systemelektroniker:in, Fachinformatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - im Idealfall bringst du einen E-Schein mit
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Netzwerktechnik und IT-Systeme sowie Erfahrung in der Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme technischer Systeme - bestenfalls bringst du sogar Grundkenntnisse in IT-Administration oder Systemintegration mit
- Du kennst dich idealerweise mit LED-Technik, Lichtsteuerungen oder Gebäudetechnik aus
- Du gehst sicher mit webbasierten Tools und mobilen Endgeräten um
- Du kannst dich auf Englisch mit unseren Kolleg:innen unserer Muttergesellschaft in England unterhalten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
