Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln, prüfen und stimmen Verpackungsprozesse gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen ab
- Sie wählen geeignete Verpackungsverfahren aus und integrieren diese in bestehende Produktionsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Produkt, Kunden und Versandanforderungen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Technik und IT zusammen, um Verpackungsprozesse an vorhandene Systeme anzubinden
- Sie entwickeln neue Verpackungslösungen und optimieren bestehende Verpackungen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit
- Sie übernehmen die Rolle als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um Verpackungstechnik
- Sie koordinieren Prozesse von der Auswahl über den Einkauf bis zur Verarbeitung und Entsorgung von Verpackungsmaterialien
- Sie beobachten Markttrends und prüfen neue Entwicklungen im Bereich Verpackungstechnologie
- Sie arbeiten ohne Personalverantwortung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verpackungstechnik, Packmitteltechnologie oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker:in in der Fachrichtung Verpackung oder Papiertechnik
- Sie besitzen mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verpackungsmaschinen und automatisierten Anlagen
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der Materialkunde von Karton, Folien sowie Verbund und Monomaterialien
- Sie besitzen idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich EPR und Verpackungsgesetz
- Sie arbeiten analytisch, strukturiert und prozessorientiert
- Sie treten sicher gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen auf und kommunizieren überzeugend
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert
- Sie bringen Offenheit für moderne Technologien, digitale Tools und KI gestützte Prozesse mit
- Sie verfügen über etwa drei bis fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
