Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachgerecht Sanierungsarbeiten an schadstoffbelasteten Gebäuden und Bauteilen durch, insbesondere bei Asbest
- Du baust Abschottungen, Schwarz-Weiß-Bereiche und Unterdruckhaltungsanlagen zur Sicherheit der Umgebung auf
- Du führst den sicheren Rückbau, die Verpackung und Entsorgung von Gefahrstoffen gemäß der geltenden TRGS-Richtlinien durch
- Du bedienst spezialisierte Maschinen und Geräte namhafter Hersteller für eine effiziente Schadstoffbeseitigung
- Du dokumentierst die durchgeführten Arbeiten und stimmst dich eng mit der Bauleitung vor Ort ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise nachweisbare Sachkunde nach TRGS 519 (Anlage 3 oder 4) für Asbestarbeiten oder bist bereit, diese kurzfristig zu erwerben
- Du verfügst über handwerkliches Geschick und Erfahrung im Bereich Bau, Sanierung oder Gebäudereinigung sind von Vorteil
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B, um unsere Einsatzorte flexibel erreichen zu können
- Du handelst verantwortungsbewusst und arbeitest sorgfältig und sicherheitsorientiert im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
- Du bringst Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und die Motivation mit, langfristig in einem stabilen Umfeld zu wachsen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
