Wir begleiten mittelständische Unternehmen sowie Verbände bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Vertriebs-, Service- und Kundenprozesse. Als Partner von CAS Software AG unterstützen wir Interessenten und Kunden bei der Einführung, Optimierung und Betreuung moderner CRM-Lösungen. Unser Ziel: Kundenprozesse verständlich machen, Digitalisierung pragmatisch umsetzen und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich als CRM Consultant / Pre-Sales Consultant (m/w/d).
Was erwartet Dich?
- Beratung von Interessenten und Kunden rund um CRM-Lösungen auf Basis von CAS Software
- Aufnahme und Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Geschäftsprozessen
- Durchführung von Erstgesprächen, Workshops und Bedarfsanalysen
- Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungsansätze gemeinsam mit Kunden
- Unterstützung unseres Vertriebs bei CRM-Projekten
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Demos
- Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten und Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Consulting
- Bewertung von Anforderungen und Machbarkeit
- Begleitung von CRM-Einführungsprojekten
- Beratung zur Prozessoptimierung in Vertrieb, Service und Kundenmanagement
- Betreuung bestehender Kunden und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Lösungen
- Koordination zwischen Kunde, Consulting und Technik
- Lösungen bei unseren Kunden einführen und Schulungen durchführen
- Support im Test- und Echtbetrieb durchführen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, betriebswirtschaftlicher Hintergrund oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im erweiterten Umfeld von Beratung, Kundenbetreuung und Softwareeinführung
- Erfahrung im Bereich CRM und und der Einführung
- Verständnis für kaufmännische Prozesse und Kundenmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Beratung mittelständischer Unternehmen von Vorteil
- Freude an Kundenkontakt und Beratung
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres Auftreten und gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
- Fähigkeit, Anforderungen verständlich aufzunehmen und in Lösungen zu übersetzen
- Eigenständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
- Ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
- Kenntnisse in weiteren Business Systemen – wie DMS und ERP
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung im Softwareumfeld
- Verständnis für Prozessdigitalisierung
- Erfahrung in Workshops oder Präsentationen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
