Ihre Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung und Objektüberwachung für anspruchsvolle Infrastrukturprojekte in den Leistungsphasen 5-9 der HOAI.
- Du erstellst Ausschreibungen, wirkst bei der Vergabe mit und nutzt dafür gängige AVA-Software.
- Du verantwortest die konsequente Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätskontrolle während der gesamten Bauausführung und sicherst so den Projekterfolg.
- Du dokumentierst den Baufortschritt, prüfst Pläne in AutoCAD Civil 3D und stimmst dich eng mit dem Planungsteam ab.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherren, öffentlichen Auftraggebern sowie allen weiteren Projektbeteiligten.

Ihr Profil
- Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Landschaftsarchitektur oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung und Objektüberwachung mit, idealerweise bei Infrastrukturprojekten für öffentliche Auftraggeber.
- Im deutschen Bau-, Vergabe- und Vertragsrecht (VOB, HOAI) bewegst du dich sicher.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office sowie AutoCAD (Civil 3D) und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit einer AVA-Software gesammelt.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B runden dein Profil ab.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
