Was erwartet dich?
- Anlage und Optimierung der Artikelstammdaten im ERP-System
- Stammdatenpflege (Stücklisten, Wiederbeschaffungszeiten und Preise)
- Vertretung des Vertriebsinnendienstes
- Bearbeitung allgemeiner kaufmännischer und administrativer Aufgaben
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Rechnungen
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Lieferantendaten
- Unterstützung in der Buchhaltung (z. B. Rechnungseingang, Mahnwesen)
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
- Organisation und Koordination von Terminen und Geschäftsabläufen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Berichten
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse
- Identifikation, Auswahl und Entwicklung geeigneter Lieferanten
- Einholung, Bewertung und Verhandlung von Angeboten sowie Verträgen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Qualität und Kosten
- Disposition, Bestandsüberwachung und Materialwirtschaft

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise mit Sage100) sowie mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Materialwirtschaft und im Einkauf
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung von Vorteil
- Snalytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
