- Du leitest die mechanische Abteilung und koordinierst die Werkstattabläufe für Wartungen, Inspektionen und komplexe Reparaturen (Motor, Getriebe, Fahrwerk)
- Du bist spezialisiert auf die Diagnose an modernen Fahrzeugsystemen sowie die Kalibrierung von Fahrerassistenzsystemen
- Du führst Endkontrollen und Qualitätssicherungen durch, um unsere hohen Kundenzufriedenheitswerte und Herstellervorgaben zu garantieren
- Du betreust als fachliche Ansprechperson unsere Kund:innen und unterstützt bei der Ausbildung sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer Nachwuchskräfte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Kfz-Technik
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der elektronischen Diagnose sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernster Werkstatttechnik und lasergestützter Achsvermessung mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B und hast Freude an der Führung sowie Motivation eines dynamischen Werkstattteams
