Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und entwickelst unser Managementsystem für Qualität und Produktsicherheit (IMS) weiter und berätst dabei das Management-Team sowie die Fachabteilungen.
- Du verantwortest das Werkslabor, koordinierst die Durchführung von Produktversuchen und stellst die Wartung der Messgeräte sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson begleitest Du interne sowie externe Audits, insbesondere nach Standards wie ISO 9001 und BRCGS Packaging.
- Du treibst das Hygienemanagement aktiv voran, überwachst das Controlling und entwickelst Konzepte zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung.
- Du erstellst und pflegst die relevante QM-Dokumentation und verankerst durch eigenständige Schulungen die Qualitätsstandards im gesamten Team.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Produktsicherheit oder Verpackung.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in relevanten Normen wie ISO 9001 mit, Erfahrung mit BRCGS ist ein großes Plus.
- Du bist sicher in der Durchführung und Begleitung von internen sowie externen Audits und agierst als kompetente Ansprechperson.
- Mit deiner analytischen und detailorientierten Arbeitsweise identifizierst du Verbesserungspotenziale und kommunizierst diese souverän im Team und an die Geschäftsführung.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um Schulungen sicher durchzuführen und Dokumentationen präzise zu pflegen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
