Was erwartet dich?

Du bietest Service auf höchstem Niveau
Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Verwaltung, Steuerung und Kontrolle des Tagesgeschäftes, inklusive der Be- und Verarbeitung von ein- und ausgehenden Aufträgen, Angeboten, Bestellungen, Lieferscheinen, Leistungsnachweisen, Rechnungen und Rechnungskorrekturen (Gutschriften), sowie der Maschinen-, Material- und Mitarbeiterdisposition
Du erstellst, versendest und verfolgst Angebote
Du kalkulierst Montage-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten, inklusive Aufmaßen an Fenstern, Türen, Glas und ähnlichen Bauelementen aus Kunststoff, Aluminium, Holz und Stahl
Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung durch Assistenzaufgaben
Du betreust den Kundenservice im Geschäftskundenbereich

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Du bringst fachliche Souveränität mit, idealerweise durch mehrjährige Erfahrung in den genannten Aufgaben
Du repräsentierst überzeugend die Leistungsfähigkeit deines Unternehmens
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrieb und in der Organisation von Dienstleistungen und bist sicher im Umgang mit Kund:innen
Du arbeitest selbständig und eigenverantwortlich im Team und bist außerordentlich belastbar
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit einem ERP-System sowie MS Office, insbesondere Outlook, Word, Excel, Project und PowerPoint, und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Durchsetzungsstärke, sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift, Organisationstalent, Serviceorientierung, Offenheit, Flexibilität und Fremdsprachenkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
