Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen die laufende Buchhaltung durch
- Sie bearbeiten selbstständig die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Sie führen Bankbuchungen durch, überwachen diese und stimmen die Konten ab
- Sie prüfen, kontieren und buchen alle laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle
- Sie pflegen Stammdaten und übernehmen das Mahnwesen sowie den Zahlungsverkehr
- Sie erstellen Abschlüsse und Reporting und wirken bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB mit
- Sie unterstützen bei vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für steuerliche Meldungen und optimieren sowie entwickeln interne Prozesse im Rechnungswesen weiter

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d), Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine adäquate Alternative
- Sie haben alternativ einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenständig
- Sie bringen Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
