Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktzyklus – vom Einkauf über die Preisgestaltung bis hin zur Auftragsbestätigung
- Du sorgst in enger Abstimmung mit Vorlieferanten und Aufbereitungsstationen für eine reibungslose Warenversorgung und termingerechte Aufbereitung
- Du erfasst und prüfst eingehende Aufträge aus dem Vertriebsteam im ERP-System – inklusive Preisüberprüfung und Mengenoptimierung für eine effiziente Logistik
- Du behältst den Überblick über Warenverfügbarkeiten und informierst das Team proaktiv über Ausverkäufe und Bestandsentwicklungen
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Analysen und Auswertungen für unsere Gebietsleiter und unterstützt so eine fundierte Vertriebsstrategie
- Du entwickelst und pflegst die Preislisten für verschiedene Produktgruppen und stellst sicher, dass alle Preise aktuell und marktkonform sind

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Bereich Warenwirtschaft, Auftragsmanagement oder Einkauf und bringst ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis mit
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit CRM- oder ERP-Systemen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick
- Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick aus und kannst souverän mit Lieferant:innen, dem Vertriebsteam und der Geschäftsleitung interagieren
- Du bist belastbar, packst gerne mit an und hast den Ehrgeiz, Prozesse aktiv zu optimieren und voranzutreiben

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
