Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung unserer nativen Windows-Anwendungen und entwickelst sowie optimierst vollautomatische Testprozesse (UI-Automation) kontinuierlich
- Du entwirfst, implementierst und pflegst End-to-End-Tests für native Windows-Apps und automatisierst definierte Use-Cases
- Du begleitest manuelle Testdurchführungen im Windows-, Web- und Cloud-Umfeld und unterstützt das Team
- Du analysierst und dokumentierst Testergebnisse und leitest gezielte Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem QS-Team und der Softwareentwicklung zusammen, um höchste Softwarequalität sicherzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Softwaretest und in der Qualitätssicherung
- Du bist technisch versiert und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse der Windows-Plattform mit, bist vertraut im Umgang mit SQL-Datenbanken und erfahren im Einsatz von Desktop-Testautomatisierungstools (z. B. UI-Automation, Playwright, WinAppDriver)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Dokumenten-Management-Systemen und ihren Qualitätsanforderungen und ein Teamplayer:in, kommunizierst klar und empathisch mit QS-Team und Entwicklung
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, behältst auch komplexe Szenarien stets im Blick und bist detailorientiert mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein und analytischem Denkvermögen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Testmanagement- und weiteren Automatisierungstools und bringst idealerweise Delphi-Erfahrung mit oder hast Interesse, bestehende Delphi-Tests zu erweitern
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Windows-, Web- und Cloud-Technologien und die Fähigkeit, Testergebnisse strukturiert zu dokumentieren und gezielt zu analysieren

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
