Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und gestaltest Arbeitsplätze, Arbeitsgänge, Werkzeuge, Prüfprozesse und Qualitätsstandards für neue sowie weiterentwickelte Produktversionen des unternehmensinternen Portfolios
- Du erstellst und pflegst fertigungstechnische Unterlagen und stellst durch vorausschauende Produktions- und Materialplanung einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher
- Du analysierst und optimierst die laufende Produktion und treibst den Hochlauf der Produktion voran, mit dem Ziel effizienter und perspektivisch automatisierter Produktionslinien
- Du arbeitest eng mit Engineering und Beschaffung zusammen, um die Fertigbarkeit zu optimieren, technische Anforderungen zu klären und die Lieferantenqualität abzusichern
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Arbeitssicherheit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau mit Schwerpunkt Produktionstechnik oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
- Du hast idealerweise eine vorangegangene technische Berufsausbildung sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Montage anspruchsvoller technischer Produkte
- Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau, der Organisation und Optimierung einer Produktion
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig und hast Freude daran, die Produktion zusammen mit interdisziplinären Kolleg:innen voranzubringen
- Du bist reisebereit im Rahmen der Sicherstellung der Lieferantenqualität
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
