Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Anlagen- und Linienkonzepte für unsere Sondermaschinen, basierend auf den technischen Pflichtenheften unserer Kunden.
- Du übernimmst die vollständige konstruktive Ausarbeitung und Detaillierung der Baugruppen in unserem 3D-CAD-System Solid Edge und pflegst alle relevanten Daten im PDM-System.
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich deine Kundenprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und bist zentraler technischer Ansprechpartner in Projektmeetings.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Einkauf und Fertigung stellst du die technische Machbarkeit und reibungslose Umsetzung deiner Konstruktionen sicher.
- Du verantwortest die Erstellung von Risikogefahranalysen und wirkst aktiv bei der Durchführung von FMEAs mit, um höchste Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion mit, idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit einem gängigen 3D-CAD-System (z. B. Solid Edge) sowie den dazugehörigen PDM- und ERP-Systemen.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der FMEA und Risikobeurteilung, idealerweise ergänzt durch Know-how in der Pneumatik.
- Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Freude an der Teamarbeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, um dich im Projektumfeld souverän zu bewegen.
