Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und pflegst modulare Softwarelösungen und Bibliotheken für Beckhoff TwinCAT und/oder CODESYS V3 zur Anwendung in SPS und Soft-PLC-Systemen als Software-Entwickler:in in der Automatisierungstechnik
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Basislösungen und legst dabei Wert auf eine gewissenhafte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, um höchste Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten
- Du hinterfragst bestehende Systeme und bringst innovative Ansätze ein, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu erzielen, wobei Neugier und eine proaktive Haltung unerlässlich sind
- Du erstellst klar strukturierte Dokumentationen, um die Nachvollziehbarkeit und Qualität deiner Arbeit sicherzustellen, und führst Schulungen durch, um dein Wissen im Team und an Anwender:innen weiterzugeben
- Du bist routiniert in der Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern sowie der Optimierung bestehender Softwarelösungen
- Du entwickelst mit deinem fundierten Wissen im Maschinenbau und deiner Erfahrung in Automatisierungsprozessen innovative Lösungen für technisch anspruchsvolle Anwendungen und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden wie SCRUM mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine technische Ausbildung
- Du bringst mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik oder Anlagensteuerung mit
- Du hast Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Beckhoff TwinCAT und/oder CODESYS V3, insbesondere in der Programmierung mit Strukturiertem Text (ST) und der objektorientierten Programmierung (OOP)
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, organisierte und analytische Arbeitsweise aus und strebst danach, die Qualität deiner Arbeit kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Du wirst von Neugierde und Begeisterung für neue Technologien und Lösungsansätze angetrieben, um komplexe Herausforderungen zu meistern
- Du überzeugst durch deine Fähigkeit, Schulungen kompetent und professionell durchzuführen, und hast Erfahrungen mit Entwicklungsprozessen in SCRUM sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit agilen Methoden und Teamkommunikation
- Du bringst ein fundiertes Verständnis für den Maschinenbau und Automatisierungsprozesse mit und kannst diese in deinen Entwicklungsprojekten gezielt anwenden, wobei gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse dir ermöglichen, in einem internationalen Umfeld zu agieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
