Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Prüfung und Genehmigung von Heil- und Kostenplänen für Zahnersatz (ZE), Kieferorthopädie (KFO) und Parodontalbehandlungen (PA).
- Du bearbeitest die dazugehörigen Abrechnungen fallabschließend und leitest bei Bedarf Gutachterverfahren ein, um die Leistungsansprüche unserer Versicherten sicherzustellen.
- Als fachliche Ansprechperson stehst du unseren Versicherten sowie zahnärztlichen Praxen bei allen Fragen rund um die Leistungsabrechnung beratend zur Seite.
- Du übernimmst die vollständige Dokumentation und Verwaltung der Leistungsfälle und sorgst so für eine reibungslose Abwicklung im Team.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (ZFA) oder Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte (SoFa) (m/w/d).
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Abrechnung von Zahnersatz (ZE) und/oder kieferorthopädischen Leistungen (KFO) mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist kundenorientiert und du kommunizierst klar und verständlich, um unsere Versicherten bestmöglich zu beraten.
- Als Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne mit deinen Kolleg:innen zusammen und bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) in Wort und Schrift sind für dich selbstverständlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
