Wir wollen den Bereich Kurierfahrten bei Cargoboard gezielt ausbauen, da wir hier großes Wachstumspotenzial sehen. Als Courier Growth Manager (all genders) übernimmst du die operative Verantwortung und entwickelst den Bereich strategisch weiter, um ihn auf das nächste Level zu heben. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere Sales, Marketing und Tech, zusammen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für den Bereich Kurierfahrten und entwickelst ihn entlang der bestehenden Roadmap aktiv weiter, inklusive eigener Ideen
- Du arbeitest zunächst hands-on im Tagesgeschäft, lernst Produkt und Prozesse in der Tiefe kennen und identifizierst konkrete Hebel für Wachstum
- Du entwickelst ein wettbewerbsfähiges Kurierprodukt, um das Wachstum nachhaltig zu steigern, und treibst den gezielten Volumenaufbau voran
- Du steuerst den Bereich über KPIs, analysierst Kennzahlen, leitest konkrete Maßnahmen ab und testest neue Ansätze
- Du optimierst Performance, Prozesse und Qualität und entwickelst die Carrier- und Partnerstruktur weiter
- Du baust perspektivisch den Bereich weiter auf und gestaltest den zukünftigen Teamaufbau bis hin zur Übernahme von Personalverantwortung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Logistik/Spedition, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder im KEP-/Kurierumfeld gesammelt – idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Projekterfahrung
- Dich motiviert es, ein Produkt nicht nur zu verwalten, sondern aktiv aufzubauen, zu verbessern und zu skalieren
- Du denkst wachstumsorientiert und setzt Maßnahmen pragmatisch um, um Volumen und Performance nachhaltig zu verbessern
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine Erreichbarkeit aus, wenn es darauf ankommt
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, die dein Profil abrunden
