Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen, führst Fehlerdiagnosen an landtechnischen Maschinen durch – von der Mechanik bis zur Elektronik – und sorgst für eine schnelle, fachgerechte Reparatur
- Eigenverantwortlich arbeitest du in unserer modernen Werkstatt und bist bei Bedarf mit dem Servicefahrzeug direkt bei den Kund:innen vor Ort im Einsatz
- Du rüstest Neufahrzeuge und Bestandsmaschinen mit Zubehör und modernster Zusatztechnik nach individuellen Kundenwünschen aus
- Du nimmst komplexe landwirtschaftliche Systeme in Betrieb, führst Testläufe durch und erklärst den Kund:innen die wichtigsten Funktionen
- Zusätzlich prüfst und bewertest du gebrauchte Landmaschinen und schaffst damit die Grundlage für einen fairen An- und Verkauf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Handwerk
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Fahrzeugen oder Maschinen mit
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, idealerweise sogar die Klasse CE
- Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie sorgfältig und überzeugst durch eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch, um dich problemlos mit dem Team und den Kunden abzustimmen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
