Als Mitarbeiter:in im Accounting (m/w/d) verantwortest Du alle in der Buchhaltung anfallenden Prozesse rund um unseren E-Store und stehst unseren E-Store-Kund:innen aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz telefonisch und schriftlich in allen Fragen zu Zahlungseingängen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du unser Finance Team bei allen anfallenden buchhaltungsrelevanten Arbeiten.

Was erwartet dich?

Debitorenbuchhaltung für unseren E-Store für Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz
Tägliches Buchen und Abstimmen der Zahlungseingänge unserer E-Store-Kunden
Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge und Durchführung von Mahnwesen
Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit unseren E-Store-Kunden aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz
Unterstützung des Finanz Teams in dem Bereich der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
Mitwirkung in spannenden neuen Projekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Programme, Kenntnisse in internationalen ERP-Programmen von Vorteil
Selbständige, gut strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationskompetenz
