Was erwartet dich?
- Du prüfst und bearbeitest Bestellungen gemäß AMG & GDP
- Du kontrollierst die Bezugsberechtigungen und dokumentierst diese
- Du führst die Wareneingangskontrolle nach GDP-Richtlinien durch
- Du unterstützt im Lager- und Qualitätsmanagement und stellst die Einhaltung interner SOPs und regulatorischer Vorgaben sicher
- Du kommunizierst mit Apotheken, Lieferanten und Behörden und wirkst bei Audits und Inspektionen mit
- Du nimmst Aufträge per Telefon und E-Mail an und bearbeitest diese, erstellst und pflegst Kundenaufträge sowie Ausgangsrechnungen und prüfst und kontierst Eingangsrechnungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pharmazeutisch-technische:r Assistent:in (PTA) – zwingend erforderlich
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld (Apotheke, Großhandel oder Industrie) mit – zwingend erforderlich
- Du beherrschst Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift – zwingend erforderlich
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in AMG, GDP und pharmazeutischen Prozessen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
