Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst präzise Augenglasbestimmungen und professionelle Kontaktlinsenanpassungen mit modernsten Diagnosegeräten durch
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen umfassend bei der Wahl hochwertiger Brillenfassungen und individueller Markengläser
- Du leitest die Werkstattprozesse, führst Endkontrollen durch und stellst sicher, dass jede Brille unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards entspricht
- Du begleitest als Mentor unsere Auszubildenden und unterstützt das Team bei der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und täglichen Organisation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Augenoptiker (m/w/d) + Weiterbildung zum Augenoptikermeister (m/w/d) oder ein Studium der Augenoptik/Optometrie (B.Sc.)
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Refraktion sowie in der Anpassung von Kontaktlinsen (auch Speziallinsen) sicher mit
- Du trittst kundenorientiert, souverän und herzlich auf und hast eine große Leidenschaft für handwerkliche Perfektion
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist teamfähig und hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an aktuellen Trends und technologischen Innovationen der Optik

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
