- Du führst präzise Augenglasbestimmungen und professionelle Kontaktlinsenanpassungen mit modernsten Diagnosegeräten durch
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen umfassend bei der Wahl hochwertiger Brillenfassungen und individueller Markengläser
- Du leitest die Werkstattprozesse, führst Endkontrollen durch und stellst sicher, dass jede Brille unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards entspricht
- Du begleitest als Mentor unsere Auszubildenden und unterstützt das Team bei der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und täglichen Organisation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Augenoptiker (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder ein Studium der Augenoptik/Optometrie (B.Sc.).
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Refraktion und Kontaktlinsenanpassung mit.
- Mit deiner herzlichen und souveränen Art berätst du Kund:innen mit Leidenschaft und sorgst für ein erstklassiges Erlebnis.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist ein echter Teamplayer und hast ein starkes Interesse an den neuesten Trends und Technologien der Branche.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
