Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung des Tax Compliance Teams und verantwortest dessen strategische Weiterentwicklung sowie die Förderung Deiner Teammitglieder
- Du steuerst die Erstellung und Überprüfung komplexer betrieblicher Steuererklärungen und Jahresabschlüsse
- Du entwickelst rechtssichere steuerliche Gutachten und Stellungnahmen zu strategischen Fragestellungen
- Du agierst als federführende Kontaktperson für anspruchsvolle Mandant:innen in allen laufenden Beratungsfragen
- Du kommunizierst eigenständig mit Mandant:innen und Finanzbehörden und begleitest sowie betreust steuerliche Betriebsprüfungen
- Du treibst die Optimierung digitalisierter Tax-Prozesse innerhalb der Kanzlei aktiv voran

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei und hast den Titel als Steuerberater:in
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Führungserfahrung
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicheres Auftreten im Kontakt mit Mandant:innen
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz mit analytischem Denkvermögen und einer strukturierten Herangehensweise an komplexe Sachverhalte
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit branchenspezifischer Steuerberatungssoftware

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
