Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und erstellst aussagekräftige, mandantenspezifische Reportings
- Du fertigst eigenständig betriebliche und private Steuererklärungen sowie anspruchsvolle Jahresabschlüsse an
- Du unterstützt proaktiv bei komplexen steuerlichen Fragestellungen und der projektbezogenen Mandantenberatung
- Du begleitest unsere Mandant:innen als Experte bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Buchhaltungsprozesse
- Du führst die Korrespondenz mit Finanzbehörden souverän und begleitest steuerliche Betriebsprüfungen
- Du wirkst aktiv an der stetigen Optimierung unserer internen digitalen Kanzlei-Workflows mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufspraxis in einer Steuerkanzlei mit
- Du zeichnest Dich durch gute Bilanzierungs- und Buchhaltungskenntnisse sowie einen souveränen Umgang mit MS-Office und DATEV aus
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift und trittst sicher im Mandantenkontakt auf
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz mit analytischem Denkvermögen und einer strukturierten Herangehensweise an komplexe Sachverhalte

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
