Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, koordinierst und führst Serviceeinsätze weltweit durch
- Du bearbeitest Serviceanfragen vom Angebot bis zur Rechnungsstellung in CRM und ERP
- Du berätst technisch zu Servicearbeiten und Ersatzteilen
- Du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit Schiffsbesatzungen, technischen Einkäufer:innen und Superintendents
- Du planst und koordinierst Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten weltweit und arbeitest mit internationalen Servicepartnern und internen Fachabteilungen zusammen
- Du organisierst Montageeinsätze und Inbetriebnahmen sowie die Abwicklung von Ersatzteilaufträgen und erstellst Versand- und Lieferdokumente
- Du organisierst Dienstreisen für Serviceeinsätze und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung moderner und digitaler Serviceprozesse mit
- Du stellst eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung im maritimen Umfeld (z. B. Schiffsbetriebstechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik o. ä.)
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil)
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau
- Du hast mindestens 3-4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Du hast Verständnis für Schiffssysteme und Erfahrung mit technischen Abläufen an Bord
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast Freude an der Koordination internationaler Serviceeinsätze
- Du bist kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit internationalen Kund:innen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM und ERP-Systemen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
