Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Teil unseres Supportteams und unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei Anwendungsfragen und technischen Problemstellungen rund um unsere Anwendungen per E-Mail oder Telefon
- Du wirkst bei der Dokumentation sowie der Analyse von Kundendaten mit und unterstützt bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung interner Prozesse
- Du hilfst bei Produkttests und Qualitätssicherung
- Du übernimmst interne Administrations- und Konfigurationstätigkeiten, z. B. in Microsoft 365
- Du kannst optional, je nach Erfahrung, bei der Wartung und dem Monitoring unserer Serverfarm mitarbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
- Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und hast Interesse an vielseitigen Aufgaben in einem Softwareunternehmen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Skripterstellung (z. B. Batch, PowerShell) und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
- Du hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Support (Fernwartung, E-Mail, Telefon) gesammelt
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einem Ticket System gesammelt

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
