Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erfassen eigenständig Gelände- und Bestandsdaten für anspruchsvolle Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte mittels moderner Messtechnik wie Robotic-Tachymetern und GNSS.
- Basierend auf den Planungsdaten führen Sie präzise baubegleitende Absteckungen im Hoch- und Tiefbau durch und dokumentieren die Leitungsverläufe.
- Im Büro werten Sie die Daten aus und erstellen prüffähige Mengenermittlungen als Abrechnungsgrundlage, unter anderem mit der Software ORCA AVA.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung visualisieren Sie die Ergebnisse durch die Erstellung von Aufmaßplänen in CAD-Programmen wie Geograf oder AutoCAD.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Vermessungstechniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit; erste Berufserfahrung ist dabei ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Im Umgang mit CAD-Software wie Geograf oder AutoCAD sowie idealerweise mit einer AVA-Software wie ORCA sind Sie versiert.
- Sie haben praktische Erfahrung in der Bau- und Ingenieurvermessung und im Umgang mit moderner Messtechnik (z. B. Robotic-Tachymeter, GNSS).
- Eine sorgfältige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team zeichnen Sie aus.
- Für die Arbeit im Außendienst besitzen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um sich im Team und mit Projektpartnern abzustimmen.
