Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und verantworten die Wachstumsstrategie für unsere Datacenter-Kühlungslösungen und identifizieren dafür neue Marktchancen und Schlüsselkunden.
- Sie steuern den gesamten Vertriebszyklus – von der technischen Bedarfsanalyse über die Konzeption kundenspezifischer Lösungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Sie bauen aktiv ein starkes Netzwerk zu Kunden, Planern sowie Partnern auf und repräsentieren unser Unternehmen auf Messen und Branchenevents in ganz Europa.
- Sie betreuen und erweitern unsere Vertriebskanäle im Direct- und Indirect-Sales und arbeiten eng mit unseren Partnern zusammen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Engineering, Projektleitung und Marketing geben Sie wertvollen Input für die Produktpositionierung und die erfolgreiche Markteinführung neuer Technologien.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Kältetechnik oder Energietechnik abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3-5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im technischen Projektgeschäft mit, idealerweise im Umfeld von Datacenter Cooling, Kältetechnik oder HVAC.
- Solution Selling, Business Development und der Aufbau von nachhaltigen Kundennetzwerken sind für Sie bekannte Spielfelder.
- Mit Ihrem technischen Verständnis, Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke überzeugen Sie Kunden und Partner auf Augenhöhe.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
