Was erwartet Sie?
- Leitung und Steuerung von kühlungstechnischen Projekten in Rechenzentren über alle Phasen gemäß Kundenanforderung – von der Konzeptentwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme
- Aufbau von technischem Ausführungs Know-how für die Kundenanforderungen in Rechenzentren
- Erstellung von technischen Guidelines für die Ausführung von Projekten in Rechenzentren
- Nachhalten des Standes der Technik für Kühlung von Rechenzentren, Bewertung technischer Konzepte unter Effizienz- und Optimierungsaspekten unter Berücksichtigung von CapEx und OpEx
- Einbindung und Koordination interner Projektpartner (Elektro & Automatisierungstechnik) sowie externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen, Berichten und Präsentationen
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Stakeholder und Management

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfahrungen in der Kälte- und Klimatechnik, insbesondere im Bereich Rechenzentren, Direct-Liquid-Cooling, Kaltwasser und Hydraulikkreisen
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Software (MS Project), Standard-PC-Anwendung (MS Office), Grundkenntnisse in CAF (Autocad, Catia, etc.) sowie im Umgang mit Verträgen / Vertragsrecht (VOB / BGB / individual)
- Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Erstellung von kundenorientierten Konzepten, fundierte Kenntnisse einschlägiger Normen, Sicherheitsstandards und Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
