Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für die wirtschaftliche, termin- und qualitätsgerechte Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Energietechnik
- Sie übernehmen Projekte nach Vertragsabschluss und steuern diese über alle Phasen hinweg, inklusive Budgetplanung sowie Chancen- und Risikobewertung
- Sie führen, koordinieren und steuern interne Projektteams sowie externe Nachunternehmer
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Vertragsbedingungen, technischen Vorgaben, Qualitäts-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutzstandards sicher
- Sie verantworten das Termin-, Kosten- und Leistungscontrolling, inklusive Nachtrags- und Mehrkostenmanagement
- Sie steuern Inbetriebnahmen, Abnahmen sowie die Übergabe der vollständigen Projektdokumentation und vertreten die Projektinteressen gegenüber Kund:innen, Behörden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene und in Deutschland anerkannte elektrotechnische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister (m/w/d) im Bereich Energie-, Elektro- oder Versorgungstechnik
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung technischer Bau- oder Energieprojekte mit
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags-, Kosten- und Projektmanagement
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams und Nachunternehmern
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementprozessen sowie einschlägigen Gesetzen und Vorschriften
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert und zeichnen sich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine hohe Kund:innenorientierung aus
