Was erwartet dich?
- Laufende Steuerberatung für Klein- und Mittelstandsmandate: Betreuung kleiner und mittelständischer Unternehmen sowie Privatpersonen in allen steuerlichen Angelegenheiten
- Unternehmenssteuerung & Beratung: Unterstützung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen, Finanzplanung und Steueroptimierung
- Steuererklärungen & Jahresabschlüsse: Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Einkommensteuer-, Körperschaftsteuer- und Umsatzsteuererklärungen sowie Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
- Mandantenbetreuung im Alltag: Direkter Ansprechpartner für steuerliche und organisatorische Fragen
- Klärung steuerlicher Einzelfragen: Analyse und Lösung praxisnaher Fragestellungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden: Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern und weiteren Institutionen, Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Stellungnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich bestandenes Steuerberaterexamen
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei
- Freude an der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Mandanten und praxisnaher Beratung
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytische Stärke und verbindliches Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit Kanzleisoftware (z.B. DATEV) wünschenswert
- Flexibilität: Du arbeitest regelmäßig in unserem Rosenheimer Büro und betreust Mandanten vor Ort, mobiles Arbeiten an einzelnen Tagen ist möglich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
