Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten unsere Projekte in der Gebäudeautomation und steuern die Auftragsabwicklung über alle Projektphasen eigenverantwortlich
- Sie vertreten die Projektbelange gegenüber internen Abteilungen, Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Sie verantworten die Personaleinsatzplanung für Eigen- und Fremdpersonal auf der Baustelle
- Sie erstellen gemeinsam mit der Planungsabteilung Werk- und Montagepläne und sind dabei stets im engen Austausch mit der Abteilung Vertrieb
- Sie haben das Projektbudget und die Auftragskalkulation stets im Blick und bereiten Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen vor
- Sie führen das Projekt technisch und kaufmännisch zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und überwachen Kosten und Leistungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene und in Deutschland anerkannte elektrotechnische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Technische Gebäudeausstattung oder MSR-Technik
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der technischen und organisatorischen Projektabwicklung und verfügen über Kenntnisse im Werksvertragsrecht (VOB, BGB)
- Sie sind vertraut mit dem Aufbau und der Funktion gebäudetechnischer Anlagen und haben fundierte Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von gebäudetechnischen Automationssystemen (z. B. KNX, DALI, BACnet, Lüftungs- und Heizungssteuerungen)
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und besitzen eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sie handeln verantwortungsbewusst in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz und sind souverän im Umgang mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und internen Schnittstellen
- Sie bringen Führungs- und Organisationserfahrung in der Koordination von Mitarbeitenden und Nachunternehmer:innen mit
