Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenständige Betreuung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen unserer Mandanten von A–Z
- Erfassung, Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalstammdaten sowie Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Mandanten bei allen Fragen rund um die Lohnabrechnung
- Verantwortung für die fristgerechte Abwicklung von Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteueranmeldungen sowie Begleitung von Prüfungen
- Bearbeitung des Bescheinigungswesens und Unterstützung in der Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen und Behörden
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse in der Lohnbuchhaltung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Steuerfachangestellte:r o.ä. mit Schwerpunkt Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum/zur geprüften Lohnbuchhalter:in (IHK) oder vergleichbarer Zusatzqualifikation
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einer Steuerkanzlei oder vergleichbaren Umgebung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an lösungsorientierter Bearbeitung auch komplexer Sachverhalte
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV / LODAS sowie gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Persönliche Stärke und echte Freude am direkten Mandantenkontakt sowie Bereitschaft, regelmäßig vor Ort in Rosenheim tätig zu sein, mobiles Arbeiten an einzelnen Tagen ist möglich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
