Was erwartet dich?
- Umstrukturierungen & Transaktionen: Steuerrechtliche Begleitung von Unternehmensumwandlungen, Restrukturierungen sowie der steuerlichen Gestaltung komplexer Transaktionen (UmwG, UmwStG)
- Stellungnahmen & verbindliche Auskünfte: Erstellung gutachterlicher Stellungnahmen und Bearbeitung von Anträgen auf verbindliche Auskunft bei Finanzbehörden
- Klärung steuerlicher Einzelfragen: Analyse und Lösung anspruchsvoller Fragestellungen im Projekt und Mandatskontext
- Mandantenbetreuung im Projekt: Ansprechpartner:in für Mandanten während laufender Umstrukturierungs- und Restrukturierungsprojekte
- Nationales Steuerrecht: Eigenständige Bearbeitung u.a. in Ertragsteuer, Umsatzsteuer, Grunderwerbsteuer sowie Erbschaft- und Schenkungsteuer
- Internationales Steuerrecht (von Vorteil): Kenntnisse zu Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen, Mitarbeiterentsendungen, Betriebsstätten und Verrechnungspreisdokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich bestandenes Steuerberaterexamen
- Berufserfahrung (idealerweise 2+ Jahre) in einer Kanzlei oder vergleichbaren Beratung
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in steuerlichen Projekten (Umwandlungssteuerrecht / Transactions Tax)
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytische Stärke und verbindliches Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit DATEV ist ein Plus
- Standort & Präsenz: Du arbeitest regelmäßig in unserem Rosenheimer Büro und betreust Mandanten vor Ort, mobiles Arbeiten an einzelnen Tagen ist möglich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
