Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Solution Architects bei der Ausarbeitung technischer Kundenlösungen und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Industrie‑Computer und Edge‑Gateways mit
- Du bearbeitest komplexe Support‑ und RMA‑Fälle, analysierst Fehlerbilder, steuerst Austauschprozesse und optimierst technische Abläufe
- Du baust Testumgebungen auf, führst Feature‑ und Integrationstests durch und gibst Ergebnisse direkt an unsere Entwicklungsteams zurück
- Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, Guides und Knowledge‑Base‑Artikel für interne Teams und Kund:innen
- Du beantwortest technische Rückfragen aus Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Quality Assurance und wirkst an internen Verbesserungsprozessen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik Systemintegration, Elektronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du beherrschst Windows- und Linux‑Betriebssysteme sicher – inklusive Analyse, Logauswertung und Konfiguration
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Supportprozessen und Ticket-Systemen sammeln
- Du kannst Test‑Hardware aufbauen und konfigurieren sowie reproduzierbare Tests durchführen
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit und hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
