Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest komplexe Sanierungs- und Rückbauprojekte von der ersten Gefährdungsbeurteilung und Erstellung von Schadstoffkatastern bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Sanierungs-, Rückbau- und Entsorgungskonzepte und berücksichtigst dabei alle rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen wie Abfallrecht und Arbeitsschutz.
- Du steuerst aktiv die Ausschreibung sowie Vergabe, übernimmst die Bauüberwachung vor Ort und stellst die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden präsentierst du unser Leistungsportfolio, baust nachhaltige Beziehungen auf und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Marktaktivitäten voran.
- Perspektivisch übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams am Standort Berlin und entwickelst deine Kolleg:innen gezielt weiter.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst fundierte Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Gebäudeschadstoffe, Umwelt- und Abfallrecht sowie im Arbeitsschutz (z. B. HOAI/AHO) mit.
- Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von Sanierungs- oder Rückbauprojekten gesammelt.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten übernimmst du gerne Verantwortung und hast Freude daran, Kunden zu beraten und Projekte zum Erfolg zu führen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und qualitätsbewusst, wobei du offen für digitale Prozesse bist und sicher mit MS Office umgehst.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und bringst idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
