Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Schadstoffkataster und bewertest Gesundheitsgefahren, Arbeitsschutz, Entsorgungs-/Verwertungsmöglichkeiten sowie finanzielle Risiken bei der Schadstoffsanierung
- Du planst Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutz für eigene Schadstoffuntersuchungen sowie zur Schadstoffsanierung
- Du erstellst Entsorgungskonzepte sowie Sanierungs-/Rückbaukonzepte
- Du schreibst Untersuchungs-, Sanierungs- und Rückbaumaßnahmen aus, steuerst und begleitest diese, einschließlich Bauüberwachung
- Du überwachst die Abfallentsorgung und unterstützt beim elektronischen Nachweisverfahren über ZEDAL
- Du bearbeitest den Markt und präsentierst unser Dienstleistungsportfolio sowie unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Marktaktivitäten
- Du übernimmst perspektivisch für den Standort Berlin die Teamleitung im Bereich (Gebäude-)Rückbau und Schadstoffsanierung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Gebäudeschadstoffe, Raumlufthygiene, Umwelt-/Abfallrecht, Arbeitsschutzgesetz sowie der HOAI/AHO
- Du hast ein Gespür für nachhaltige Beratungsansätze und Erfahrung im Account Management
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und qualitätsbewusst mit technisch-wissenschaftlicher Anspruchshaltung
- Du bist teamfähig, zeigst Eigeninitiative, denkst wirtschaftlich, trittst sicher auf und bist kommunikationsstark
- Du gehst sicher mit MS-Office-Programmen um und bist offen gegenüber dem Thema Digitalisierung
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
