Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung deines Teams, koordinierst die Einsätze von Mitarbeitenden sowie externen Dienstleistern und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle.
- Du planst und verantwortest die Umsetzung von Elektroinstallationen in Neu- und Bestandsbauten – von der Erstellung der Verkabelungspläne bis zur finalen Inbetriebnahme.
- Du installierst und wartest eigenständig komplexe Gebäudesysteme, Beleuchtungsanlagen sowie sicherheitsrelevante Komponenten wie Brandmelde- und Alarmanlagen.
- Du führst anspruchsvolle Fehleranalysen an elektrischen Anlagen durch, leitest Reparaturmaßnahmen ein und stellst so einen störungsfreien Betrieb sicher.
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften, prüfst bestehende Anlagen und planst deren Modernisierung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektroinstallation, idealerweise im Bereich der Gebäude- und Haustechnik.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und der Organisation von Projekten mit.
- Du kennst dich mit den relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften aus, liest technische Pläne mühelos und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B (Klasse C von Vorteil).
- Mit technischem Geschick, einer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein überzeugst du im Arbeitsalltag.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch, um dein Team und externe Partner klar anzuleiten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
