Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst eigenständig die Arbeitsabläufe auf Basis von Bau-, Schal- und Bewehrungsplänen und stimmst dich eng mit deinem Team ab.
- Du errichtest Fundamente, Wände und Decken, indem du Schalungssysteme montierst, Bewehrungen einbaust und Beton fachgerecht verarbeitest.
- Du übernimmst klassische Maurerarbeiten, erstellst Mauerwerk aus verschiedenen Steinarten und montierst präzise vorgefertigte Bauteile.
- Du sorgst für den Schutz und die Fertigstellung der Bauwerke, indem du Wände verputzt und Dämm- sowie Dichtstoffe fachgerecht anbringst.
- Du bist für die Einrichtung und Absicherung der Baustelle verantwortlich und gewährleistest die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maurer, Beton- und Stahlbetonbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare handwerkliche Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Hochbau, in der Bausanierung oder im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau mit
- Du bist routiniert im Lesen und Verstehen von Bau-, Statik-, Schal- und Bewehrungsplänen und kannst diese selbstständig in die Praxis umsetzen
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B (idealerweise BE), um unsere Baustellen in der Metropolregion flexibel zu erreichen
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und die Baudokumentation
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, präzise und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine handwerkliche Ausführung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
