Als Maurer (m/w/d) bist du maßgeblich an der Sanierung und dem Aufbau von Gewerbeimmobilien beteiligt. Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest anhand von Bauplänen und Konstruktionszeichnungen, einschließlich Bauplänen, Statik Plänen, Schal- und Bewehrungsplänen
- Du planst die Arbeitsabläufe und besprichst diese mit Kolleg:innen
- Du richtest die Baustellen ein und sicherst sie ab, zum Beispiel mit Absturzsicherungen
- Du kalkulierst den Materialbedarf, die benötigten Werkzeuge und Maschinen und führst Messungen durch
- Du erstellst Fundamente, fertigst Schalungen, montierst Schalungssysteme und baust Bewehrungen ein
- Du führst den Einbau von Transportbeton oder selbst gemischtem Beton durch und mauerst bzw. betonierst Wände und Decken, montierst vorgefertigte Bauelemente
- Du verputzt, vergipst und verfugst und verarbeitest Dämm- und Dichtstoffe, um Gebäude vor Feuchtigkeit und Wärmeverlust zu schützen
- Du führst Reparaturarbeiten durch und kennst alte Bautechniken, was von Vorteil ist, um denkmalgeschützte Sanierungen fachgerecht ausführen zu können

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maurer, Beton- und Stahlbetonbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare handwerkliche Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Hochbau, in der Bausanierung oder im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau mit
- Du bist routiniert im Lesen und Verstehen von Bau-, Statik-, Schal- und Bewehrungsplänen und kannst diese selbstständig in die Praxis umsetzen
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B (idealerweise BE), um unsere Baustellen in der Metropolregion flexibel zu erreichen
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und die Baudokumentation
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, präzise und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine handwerkliche Ausführung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
