Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und optimierst unsere Softwarelösungen für das Gesundheitswesen mit C++ (inkl. MFC, BOOST/STL) und C#/.NET in Visual Studio.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner gestaltest du aktiv das Softwaredesign sowie die Architektur und übernimmst technische Verantwortung für deine Features.
- Du konzipierst und implementierst die Anbindung an unsere Microsoft SQL-Datenbanken und stellst eine performante Datenverarbeitung sicher.
- Als Teil unseres agilen Teams sicherst du die Code-Qualität, verwaltest den Entwicklungsprozess mit Git und dokumentierst deine Arbeit transparent in Jira und Confluence.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Informatikstudium und bringst mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit C++ mit.
- Dein Tech-Stack umfasst sichere Kenntnisse in Visual Studio C++ (VS2022), den Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) sowie idealerweise auch in BOOST/STL.
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit GIT und hast bereits Erfahrung mit C#/.NET und Microsoft SQL gesammelt.
- Du bist neugierig, liebst technische Herausforderungen und arbeitest eigenständig und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch an neuen Lösungen.
- Für die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Stakeholdern kommunizierst du fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
