Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst ein kleines, kompetentes Bauüberwachungs-Team für die sichere und fristgerechte Abwicklung von Bauprojekten
- Du koordinierst Projektaufgaben und nimmst fachliche sowie kaufmännische Auftragsverantwortung wahr
- Du führst die Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle durch, inklusive Berichterstattung, sowohl intern als auch extern an den Auftraggeber
- Du betreibst projektbezogenes Claimsmanagement und Akquisitionstätigkeit für Überwachungsprojekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauoberleitung in den Bereichen Straßen- und/oder Brückenbau mit, Führungserfahrung ist erwünscht
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium des Bauingenieurwesens
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen, Regelwerke und Richtlinien und hast Erfahrungen im Bau- und Ingenieurvertragsrecht
- Du hast einen strukturierten Arbeitsstil mit Spaß am Lösen komplexer und kreativer Aufgaben und Freude an interdisziplinärem Planen
- Du bist teamfähig und denkst sowie handelst unternehmerisch mit Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
