Entwicklungsingenieur für Medizintechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Entwicklung und Optimierung implantierbarer Medizintechnikkomponenten mit Schwerpunkt auf Kunststofftechnologien, implantierbaren Elektroden und präzisen Verkapselungsprozessen.
- Konstruktion, Auslegung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Bauteilen und Fertigungsprozessen.
- Auswahl geeigneter Materialien, Herstelltechnologien und Lieferanten in enger Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Fertigung und weiteren Fachbereichen.
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen wie Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen, Stücklisten sowie Beiträgen zur Risikoanalyse und Normen-/Patentrecherche.
- Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung technischer Prüfungen, Machbarkeitsanalysen, Funktionsnachweise sowie Prozess‑ und Testmethodenvalidierungen.
- Aufbau von Mustern und Prototypen sowie technische Begleitung der R&D‑Produktion, inklusive Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbeschaffung.
- Analyse von Produkt- und Prozessabweichungen, Mitwirkung im CAPA‑Prozess und Erarbeitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Qualitätsmanagement, Regulatory Affairs und externen Partnern zur Umsetzung sicherer, wirtschaftlicher und regulatorisch konformer Lösungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich (z. B. Medizintechnik, Kunststofftechnik, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise in einem oder mehreren Bereichen: Kunststoff-/Spritzgusstechnologien, Entwicklung implantierbarer Elektroden, Umspritzung, Verguss oder Verkapselung sensitiver Komponenten.
- Gute Kenntnisse in CAD (z. B. SolidWorks) und technischer Zeichnungserstellung.
- Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld und sicherer Umgang mit technischen Anforderungen & Normen (MDR, ISO 13485) von Vorteil.
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
- Engagement, Teamgeist und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
