Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Pflege und strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres integrierten Managementsystems (IMS) gemäß ISO 9001 und ISO 14001.
- Sie planen und führen eigenständig interne sowie externe Audits, z.B. bei Lieferanten, durch und stellen so die Einhaltung unserer Standards sicher.
- Sie identifizieren proaktiv Schwachstellen in Prozessen, leiten daraus Korrektur- sowie Vorbeugemaßnahmen ab und verfolgen deren wirksame Umsetzung.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen wie der Produktion treiben Sie kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse (KVP) im Unternehmen voran.
- Sie konzipieren und leiten Schulungen für Mitarbeitende, um das Bewusstsein für Qualität und Umwelt im gesamten Unternehmen zu stärken.
- Sie verantworten das zentrale Reporting, pflegen relevante Stamm- und Messdaten in SAP und stellen die Datenqualität für das Management sicher.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement mit.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit Managementsystemen nach DIN ISO 9001 und 14001. Eine Qualifikation als Auditor:in ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP (idealerweise SAP HANA) setzen wir voraus.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig sowie strukturiert und zeichnen sich durch Ihre Organisationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit aus.
- Für die interne und externe Kommunikation bringen Sie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
