- Du leitest die Herstellung von hochwertigem Zahnersatz, von der individuellen Implantatprothetik bis hin zu ästhetisch anspruchsvollen Vollkeramik-Lösungen
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen (Zahnärzt:innen) und führst die direkte Farbnahme am Patienten durch
- Du überwachst die gesamte Prozesskette, führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und unterstützt das Team bei der Anwendung digitaler Workflow-Technologien
- Du gibst als Mentor:in dein meisterliches Wissen aktiv an das gesamte Technik-Team weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Prüfung zum Zahntechnikermeister (m/w/d) und bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in allen Bereichen der Zahntechnik mit, alternativ befindest du dich kurz vor dem Abschluss zum Meister (m/w/d)
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an ästhetischem Empfinden sowie Routine im Umgang mit digitalen Fertigungsprozessen (CAD/CAM) und modernen Materialien aus
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Führungskompetenz und hast Freude daran, innovative Lösungen für individuelle Patientenanforderungen zu finden
- Du bist zuverlässig, präzise und hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, das die Grundlage deiner täglichen Arbeit im Labor bildet

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
